For Immediate Release
March 29, 2019
A fourth person has been charged in the March 4 fatal shooting of Ryan McCrackin outside a Raytown pool hall, Jackson County Prosecutor Jean Peters Baker announced today.
Mackenzie Hyatt, dob: 4/28/2001, faces a charge of Murder 2nd Degree.*
According to court records, immediately following the shooting of Ryan McCrackin, the Defendant got into the driver's seat of Tynan Mullen's Dodge Dart and drove herself, Logan England, Kaci Cox, and Tynan Mullen out of the area. The Defendant continued to transport the group to Kaci Cox's residence. After arriving at Cox's residence, the Defendant again entered the vehicle and was driven to a residence in Lee's Summit, Missouri. The Defendant stated that, on the night of the shooting, the same Dodge Dart was parked far away from the scene because the plan was for England and Mullen to meet with Ryan McCrackin to "squash the beef." The Defendant stated the vehicle was parked at that location because England told her that he, Mullen, and McCrackin might fight and England didn't want the Defendant to see that.
Prosecutors have requested a bond of $200,000.00 cash only.
