Jackson County Prosecutor Jean Peters Baker  will announce new criminal charges in connection with the early Sunday shooting of multiple persons in the area of 57th and Prospect Avenue. The  announcement will occur at noon and Police Chief Stacey Graves should be at the press conference, which will be held in the 11th floor lobby of the prosecutor's office at the Downtown Courthouse, 415  E,. 12th St..
