A Jackson County jury today convicted Brandon Howell of multiple felony counts, incluidng five Murder 1st degree charges, in connection with the fatal shooting of five persons in their south Kansas City neighborhood in 2014, Jackson County Prosecutor Jean Peters Baker announced today.
The jury found Howell guilty of 11 felony counts: five Murder 1st Degrees, four Armed Criminal Actions, Burglary and Stealing.

He was later arrested near Interstate 29 and Barry Road in the Northland.
