A Jackson County jury today convicted a Kansas City man, 23. of four counts of Aggravated Rape in the 1st Degree for assaults of a girl under the age of 12, Jackson County Prosecutor Jean Peters Baker announced today.
Brandon Williams, dob: 9/27/2000, will be sentenced on April 4, but the four convictions each require sentences of Life without Parole for a period of at least 30 years or a total of 120 years.
According to court records filed today, the victim reported being raped by the defendant repeatedly and consistently for a period of two years.
Assistant Prosecuting Attorneys Dani Sediqzad and Andrea Herron prosecuted the case on behalf of the state of Missouri.
