A Jackson County jury this afternoon convicted Dominique Marchbanks of the May, 31, 2015 fatal shooting of Amorian Hale, a 3-year-old who died in his bed after shots were fired into his residence, Jackson County Prosecutor Jean Peters Baker announced today.
The jury found Marchbanks guilty of Murder 2nd Degree, Unlawful Use of a Weapon and two counts of Armed Criminal Action.
Marchbanks will be sentenced at a later date.
